Have you recently changed the way the Baby Bum bar was made? My last order looked and smelled different from the previous BB products we’ve used. It’s also quite hard/doesn’t eventually soften up the way the old ones used to.

I purchased your products during a trip to the Pikes Place market and LOVE them. Now I would like to order some as a gift…ideally l would like to purchase today to take advantage of your 10% off, but I would like to ship directly to the gift recipient AND be sure that she does NOT receive the price or credit card details. I did not see any ‘gift’ option on your online purchase screen. Can you help? Thanks!

Regarding the use of using Baby Bum Bars and Tummy Bars along with cloth diapers…thank you most of all for supporting our farm by loving our products! The Baby Bum Bar and Tummy Bar are absolutely safe for cloth diapers and we encourage the use of both together verses ‘un’disposable diapers.
The Tummy Bar does contain red palm oil, so if it gets on light material it will stain. From my experience it had come out in the wash eventually. I haven’t heard of the Baby bum Bar staining and would be only a concern if it did stain and it was a concern to you. Otherwise, Baby your Baby with them both!

Our 8.5oz jar of honey is uniquely packaged with a wax-sealed top. To some this may seem like a bit of an inconvenience to chip thru the wax to get to the honey. (Truth be told we also enjoy just tearing into a new jar—which is why we usually consume honey out of the 13oz jar. Easy access!) However, the 8.5oz jar makes a really nice gift and a lot of customers repeatedly order the Rustic Mini Pot for its classic, old-fashioned charm. If I were you I’d consider buying honey in larger quantities! Bee Well!

I really can not say enough about your body heal. My daughter bought it for me to help with the pain in my hands, but I also notice that it made the spots disappear, so I tried it on my face well you know , if you are older, the cracks you develop around your nmouth they began to disapper so then I tried it on my feet, if you are older they begin to turn blue, and I would never have believed it but Body Heal has them almost clear again. this did not happen overnight but by the first tin I could sure see a differance. thank you so much for your wonderful products

I love the Tummy Bar and Baby bum bar but would like to know if they are safe for cloth diapers.

Why all the wax on the screw on lid? Good honey but very hard to get to it.

The Store Locator on our website is now up and operational… Wahoo! Enter your Zipcode and presto-change-o; a list of stores in your area. Thank you everyone for your patience with this matter!

We here at the farm also agree that the Moon Valley body care products need to list the lot number and ‘best by’ date. I’m happy to announce that this feature will be included on our brand new beautiful packaging that is in the works as we blog!
Also wanted to let ya’all know I personally am researching the ‘Store Locator’ feature so we can add that handy tool back to the website. Stay tuned!

I would love it if there was a ‘best by’, ‘use by’ or ‘expiration date’ on your products. Do you have recommendations on how long your Lotion Bar and Muscle Rub should be used/kept? Thanks a lot – love the products!

Is there a retailer in Memphis, TN that sells your products?

The Fireweed blossoms in late August. We will send the bees out to gather nectar at that point. As soon as they are finished with the harvest we will take some time to extract our honey from the comb and get it ready to sell. Expect Fireweed honey Fall 2011. Totally worth the wait!

Is there a store in Tacoma/Gig Harbor/Puyallup area where I can purchase? Ordered lotion bars/lip treat from you, but realized I was one short. Didn’t want to on line order one item. Love your product! Thanks!

Is there any place in the Sacramento/Stockton, CA area where I can buy your products? I order from you directly when I need several items, but on a trip recently I lost my lip balm and don’t want to order just that one item. Love your products and would be interested in being a distributor in California. Is that possible?

Really loved the lotion bar. So bought the muscle rub without any hesitation. One thing it should do is come out of the container to rub directly on your muscles. Like the lotion bar does.

Ah yes! A store Locator like the one we had on our old website. Rest assured we are trying to bring this feature back to our new and improved website. Thank you for the suggestion.
